I've lost a lot of weight around my middle on xenical and now I have sagging skin and stretch marks. I've seen some incredible photos, skin is smooth and stretch mark free. It's amazing that they create a new belly button too, and they can perform liposuction on any love handles that you might have, while they are in there. It's expensive of course - I think around £6,000 - and it takes a few weeks to recover.. That worries me. you want to spend all that money when it really doesnt look that bad? Its your cash - but this is major surgery your talking about. I think youve done a great job losing that weight, and I'm sure its improved your confidence. But I hate to tell you this but feel I must - NOONE IS PERFECT. And once youve spent that money you wont feel perfect - there will be something else about you that you'll want to change probably - and on it will go. get down the gym and see what they can do to help you. Not every one resorts to surgery when they've lost lots of weight. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself! I have massive rolls that I hate with all my heart and soul…I do go to the gym but they just don’t go away.  I thought about plastic surgery and financially it is ridiculous but personally it is one of the best things ever. If you really think it is going to give you more confidence you should do it, but if you are doing it because of someone else STOP!
