What it does, is that it blocks an enzyme called phosphodiesterase (i know, what?!?!) but that improves the blood flow to the penis. But it won't leave you with a constant erection. That is a really rare occurance, but of course you're going to find someone who shares that experience on the forum. But it's a popular drug for one reason, that it works well.
