Hi all,
this may sound very naive but I really want to know whether penis enlargement really works? My first instinct would be - dont be so ridiculous but..What I dont understand is that there are so many emails around the place and adverts showing the results - can it really be that fake? How can it be such a lucrative market if they dont work? and if they do work, which pills/ operations/ methods would be the best for the enlargement process?
May sound dumb but anyway, let me know - its not that I need it but my mate needs it really badly!

Hi mate,
I've wondered the same thing for a long time. I always get those emails in
my spam box, and where there's smoke there must be fire right?! It's not
something I can ask my friends down the pub about. And I doubt anyone
who ever had it done would admit it anyway, haha!
But maybe on this forum...? I'm not complaining about what I've got, but if
there's a way of getting a few extra inches, I'd certainly be interested!

the fact that noone's answered this probably mean it's a no deal! Or there
would have been a flurry of 'it really works' testimonies! ah well!

I know - it was a bit of a cocky question! But its something that doesnt
get discussed openly enough!
