A plethora of erectile dysfunction cures, remedies and treatments exist on the market today. As an ED sufferer, you have a choice of everything from creams to lotions, pumps to pills, rings to surgery, and much more.  Do all of these options work? Put bluntly, some do, some don't but perhaps more importantly they all have their downsides, and often hazards.

Some, like implants, require expensive and sometimes painful surgery. Others, such as vacuum pumps and creams, are inconvenient to use and may even be embarrassing in the company of a new partner. Chemical options - blue pills and the like - are known to be effective but many users report undesirable side effects when using them.So natural home remedies are are quite effective.

# Eat whole, fresh, unrefined, and unprocessed foods. Include fruits (lots of richly pigmented berries to support vascular integrity), vegetables, whole grains, soy, beans, seeds, nuts, olive oil, and cold-water fish (salmon, tuna, sardines, halibut, and mackerel).

Avoid sugar, dairy products, refined foods, fried foods, junk foods, and caffeine.Eliminate food sensitivities. Use an elimination and challenge diet elimination and challenge diet to determine food sensitivities.Drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water daily (e.g., if you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 oz of water daily).

Do you really live that healthily yourself??
It's a great theory that I totally support, but seriously, that's hard to keep
up (pardon the pun) Every once in a while I have a burger and few pints.
It's antisocial not too! I'm impressed if you stick to that routine
constantly.
I'm taking Cialis to sort out my issue. Other than that I'm just trying to live
my life without being too freakish about stuff.

it's really hard to stick to a completely healthy diet - i mean it basically is a way of life.  While I am on my ed meds i avoid eating a lot and stick to a beer and that's it.  Otherwise it wont work as effectively for me.

What about you pod, do you do things differently when you are on the meds?

Not really Tommy.
I do take silica supplements for my hair (I'm using propecia too...I'm a
walking pharmacy!) But for my ED obviously I try not to go crazy with the
alcohol before or when I'm taking Cialis (I mean, I'll have a beer or glass
of wine tops) but if I'm not taking it then I have a drink most evenings.
Unfortunately, it helps me unwind. But I eat pretty healthily, and luckily
quite like going to the gym. I don't feel guilty about my lifestyle at all.

That's a good point there - I think if you're lazy and out of shape you're
not going to be confident in the bedroom anyway. I don't have a six pack
or anything - those days are long gone - but I'm not fat. I've got a pretty
flat stomach. If I had insecurities about my body on top of the insecurties
about my performance, I'd be a wreck! It definitely helps to keep fit and
healthy.

see i didnt know pigmented berries support 'vascular integrity' - that's
useful right there.I defintely drink too much caffeine too and I've found
there's a very strong link between caffeine and ED. So I've basically
been shooting myself in the food every day by drinking 7/8 cups of
coffee...

check it out:

high caffeine use might cause the adrenal glands to produce excess
amounts of cortisol to deal with the additional stimulation of the
central nervous system resulting in stress. Overuse of the adrenal
gland means reduced ability for it to produce the hormones needed for
sexual response to cause an erection.

there goes my coffee habit.

I'm down to just one cup of coffee a day now - any more stresses me out.
But its the booze that I really find it hard to ration. I do, but on the nights
when I'm not using Cialis I tend to drink alot to make up for lost time.
That's probably not good for my liver..

I found that by not drinking when I took cialis for the first time last
weekend, I was clear headed and could really concentrate my mind on
sex. By focusing on my partner I didnt let that annoying parrot on my
shoulder talk me out of being up to it. I think being sober really helped -
which is odd, becuase I like a drink to relax.
