I'm an 19 and I do lots of sports since I was 6 .and my diet is quite healthy, so I think my blood circulation is ok. The thing is that my erections are never perfect but when I masturbate, my penis is really hard. When I get a blowjob, my penis doesn't get totally hard which makes intercourse very difficult. If you can get hard whilst you masturbate but not during a sexual act, then its not your penis that is the problem, but (and it may be subconscious) it is your partner. I have a problem with both and Viagra is now failing me, at least you can masturbate. Let us know how it goes. Girls expected me to have all the answers, when I was just learning the tricks of the trade myself. I bet part of it is that the pressure is totally off when you're on your own. Soon as you put a real live girl into the equation you get nervous and cant perform. Give it awhile before you start on the meds.
