The other day I read in the newspaper that erectile dysfunction may be link to heart diseases… I couldn’t believe what I was reading.  So now, besides dealing with the stress from impotence men also have deal with the fact that we may die from a heart attack!! . Apparently, the more severe ED is, the higher the risk of cardiovascular problems.

yeah, i saw that too - that ED is a strong predictor of heart problems.
fun, huh? Not only have i got ED hanging over me, but the strong
possibility of an early sudden death.
these are the stats of people with ED:

1.9 times more likely to die from cardiovascular disease
Twice as likely to have a heart attack
1.2 times more likely to be hospitalized for heart failure
1.1 times more likely to have a stroke

Any good news anyone??

I believe that the link between the two is because of plaque building up
inside the arteries, leading to restricted blood flow...
But you'll notice ED before you get heart disease because the arteries
supplying the penis are smaller than those supplying the heart. they
are affected by reduced blood flow first.
So that's why men with ED seldom report symptoms of heart disease,
but those with heart disease often suffer from ED.
So - yes, things to look forward to!
