they are fairly self explanatory but they enable you to have a stiffer erection becuase they trap blood in the penis; they also make you more sensitive - but they are a bitc* to use.

USE A RUBBER BAND- IT HELPS TO TRAP THE BLOOD IN THE PENIS. CONDOMS ALSO DO THAT.
