Have been suffering this for years - never used to until bad split with then girlfriend. Things changed almost overnight.
This is now a problem that is really starting to get me down but can't seem to find the answer. I have not spoke to a doctor.
Do the likes of Viagra etc. really help?

Premature ejaculation is only psychological, nothing organic. You need a good partner to help you educate your bulbocavernosus muscle in charge with ejaculation. Perform a search using "Squeeze Technique" and you will see what you can do
