I live with my girlfriend and i wake up every morning with a massive erection and.. you know.. Over the past week i haven't and my girlfriend asks me why... I have no idea, i think it is just becuase i am tired but i really don't know. The more i think about it the more it worries me... i don't want to stop our morning romp but feel that if i can't even get it up it may lead to troubles with my girl. What should i do? Anyone else having a similar issue?

hey jambo, while i can understand the instant, worry don't you think a week is too quick to make a diagnosis! maybe you are just tired! Make it up to your lady when she gets home from work or something. If you still can't get it up in the mornings then definately speak to the doctor on here. Perhaps the more you worry the more you won't get one as it may turn into a spycological problem so try not to let it take over...

when my girl asked why can't you get it up" it made my testicals crawl right up inside me, possibly the most awkward question in the world. I don't ever think i have felt less of a man. I had to get past the mental pressures i was giving myself. Anyway my point is, sometimes it happens you know, hopefully you are just tired and your girlfirend will deal with it but otherwise just go get some help and move on you know?? I know that we all (guys) think and worry about impotence too much don't you think???

Buy Viagra 50mg, take one on the sly in the morning before she wakes up. Sorted.

alot of problems down there stem from tiredness, but usually the viagra would do the trick. Try and not take it all the time though - see if it is a problem or just a temprorary thing.

propecia can cause irreversible loss of libido and ED in a very small percentage of men. i should know. i'm one of them. i took propecia about 7 years ago for a year. i was aware there could be side affects, but it was stated if you had them, they would disappear once you stopped taking it. i thought, 'what have i got to lose?' ...my life as i once knew it. that's what. it has never been the same, and looks like it never will be. i have no interest in sex, i never get night time or morning erections, or spontaneous erections. i can still get it up and perform adequately, maybe once or twice or week, but the joy has gone. that spark that made sex exciting and exhilarating is gone. everything is flat, sensitivity in my penis is much less. my orgasms are flat. my ejaculate is reduced and now dribbles, rarely spurts. my penis feels detached and lifeless, cold and small most of the time. i see people i know i should be attracted to, but feel nothing. it has impinged into all other areas of my life, with me losing interest in most things, even going out for a meal or beer with mates. though i've stopped drinking and am living a really healthy lifestyle in one last ditch attempt to get back my health and life. i haven't even mentioned the other side affects like brain fog and gaining lard like you wouldn't believe around my middle, which to this day has never went away completely and where i once had a prominent six pack, now it is hidden beneath a thick layer of cellulite, yes, cellulite, the bane of women and their thighs. if you start taking propecia you will probably be one of the majority of lucky ones, who dont get the side effects or which go once you stop taking it. but please think twice and do your research. i regret taking it every day of my life now. on the plus side...a very, very small plus side, my hair has remained thick and full even after stopping, but i would swap it to be bald as a coot and have my 'real' life and my old friend back in a heartbeat.. check out www.propeciahelp.com where many others discuss how their lives have been ruined and try to find a cure or at least a reduction of symptoms. it will scare the sh*t out of you
