Hi, When I'm with a girl I can still get an errection for a good length of time but can't orgasm although it does happen when I masterbate. Does anyone know if Viagagra/Cialis or that kind of thing can sort this out or should I save my money and go and see a therapist?

hey mate - could be a lttle psychological. these meds probably would do the trick to get you through the insecurity that it sounds like u might have but it May be worth seeing someone about it. Go for the therapist before committing t the meds; althouygh theyre awesome it'd be a shame if they didnt help you. keep us updated and good luck with it all!

Cheers Jamey, I kind of suspected this. I'll try the Jeremy Kyle show first. If I get cured (and paid) then I'll spend it on meddication to celebrate. All the best.

I have the same problem sometimes.. I think its down to the sensitivity of your penis. I think that is why I tend to go soft sometimes while in the act, which let me to try out viagra.. works like a charm for me. It doesn't increase sensitivy, but it does make you to your fullest size so when you are inside your girl you feel more of her, which can stimulate orgasm.
