Apparently 80% of dieters put the weight back on within the year, returning to their original weight. If that happens to me, I don't know what I will do. I have worked so hard and come so far to lose 4 stone, that failing now and going back to the beginning would be worse than anything I could imagine (apart from anything affecting the health of my family.) Having put all the weight back on once before last year and the Reductil withdrawal drama, I just couldnt cope with that again. If Xenical has plateaued for me now - and I'm one stone away from where I think Id feel comfortable - how long should I stay on it? What should I do? How can I guarantee being in the 20% that doesnt yo-yo? WA
