should I weigh myself daily or a few times a week? or even once a week?

As you're trying to get weight off it can be demoralising to hop on the
scales and not see a difference immediately. So when I started taking
xenical I weighed myself once a week. But now I prefer weighing myself
once every two days just to make sure I've not put any weight back on.
