I'm not perfect, but I've never thought that i need to supplement my diet. I've actually been using the silica tablets for several weeks now, and I keep feeling my hair in a pony tail - it used to be so scrawny, like there was almost nothing there! But now I'm so sure that it feels thicker. My nails also seem to be growing so much faster! I have to file them down all the time. But actually I've always had really weak nails, and they're still not stronger. But maybe that takes extra time. Yeah, I'd recommend Silica. I don't know if you're supposed to take it on top of hair loss medications like Propecia though. The proper study is explained on this website so it should explain things fully. Issy x
