Now I haven't tried this but I've heard that adding a teaspoon of caffeine powder to Head and Shoulders Hydrazinc formula shampoo will actually get good results. That hair grows thicker and that can even bring stunted hairs back to life. Anyone else heard this or tried this out?? Cheers, P

Ok i decided to research this talk about caffeine. Interesting results: As you plan ways to incorporate food for hair growth, also be aware that there are some culprits in our diets that are actually detrimental to our hair! * Caffeine * Sugar * Fat * Carbonated drinks So it's so difficult to make heards or tales of all this. i will stick to propecia.

I'm sticking to propecia too, but I'm always on the lookout for other things with benefits. Anything I can do to help the situation. I think caffeine IN the body is different to caffeine ON the body. So while I try not to drink it, because of its bad effects, I'm not hugely surprised that it can help stimulate the outside of the body. I don't think it means adding coffee, there must be pure caffeine powder that you can buy in the health food shop. I'd forgotten about my post, but i'll check it out now. Although I'm not too crazy about the Head and Shoulders brand of shampoo.. Cheers, P
