Do you guys on this site agree on this? I know you can revitalise hair as long as the follicles are still there, but once the hair follicle shuts down that's it - game over. Fibrotic encapsulation of the dead follicle starts happening and about 24-30 months later the fibrosis is totally permanent and complete. So from then on there isn't a chance of regaining hair there as its just scarred over tissue at this point. Do you think that's true? Cheers P

Well i have had re growth. But as you said, my folicles may not have been 'dead' Have you not experienced regrowth in your time of taking propecia?

yes, I really think I have. But I think the follicles were still there. I guess it's important to tackle the situation as early as possible. If you leave it for 10 or 20 years, most of the follicles will have given up. Then I think its probably impossible to do anything about it - but I could be wrong. So I've got in with the propecia in time. It does feel thicker on the back and sides and I'm starting to see a change in the curvature of my hairline at the front which is exciting. That's where I really want to see the development. What differences are you noticing Smitty? Cheers, P
