Hi there!  New to this board, but have been reading your posts with interest.

My hubby is 30, and up until about 4 years ago he had a fantastic head of hair.  When I met him 11 years ago it was long!  But over the last few years he has been very stressed at work and is going very bald.  Unfortunately this has affected his confidence a lot as he has loved his hair.  His mum is quite thin on top but his dad has a fine head of hair.  I was wondering if there is anything out there that can help him as I have always considered it to be 'one of those things'..but after reading this board I'm wondering if it could be stress related?

Thank you in advance

Hey Kaalin, I am new to this site too!  I read your post with interest as I sound just like your husband... I have a very stressful job in finance and noticed that my hair was thinning at the beginning of the year.  Think it is to do with the stress? Good to hear that other people have the same problem! I have just ordered Propecua from ukmedix so I will keep you posted on progress...

Hi Kaalin,

I would recommend you look into propecia. It stops hair from thinning.  I suffered from it and started taking propecia straight away.  Now my hair is back to normal as propecia can stimulate hair growth but not for everyone.

This is where i buy it from, so I would read the forums and read the articles they post here on uk medix.

It will give you more insight.  If i hadn't started to take Propecia i would no doubt be bald by now!

Best
Mo

I agree with Mo! I probably would not have a hair on my head left if I had left it any longer.  I started on my Propecia a few days ago and already starting to feel more positive about things.  I just really hopes that it works for me.

Definitely check out all the forums and news articles that these guys post as they are really informative.

Good luck.

my partner is currently taking propecia and it is working wonders for him so i would reccommend that you sugget it to your hubbie. make sure that he reads up about it though as there can be some side effects but my partner is fine so far. good luck.

Hey Kaalin,

Any update on your husbands progress. Mine has been great so far, its only been 2 months and I already feel less drop and even fluffy regrowth if thats possible! Reading around, everyone says you see the best results in around 6 months so I am looking forward to that!

Keep us updated on your husbands progress pls and anyone else out there.
