I have taken acomplia for 2 weeks but feel quite disappointed that I am not losing weight - yet.  Can some one advise me how long they usually take to become effective and will i feel that i do not want to eat or just feel full quicker when eating a meal?.  I have noticed a slight anxiety but nothing else should i keep going for a few weeks?
thank you

Have you had any luck yet?
It's my third day taking Acomplia and I haven't noticed a change in my appetite yet. Just wonder how long it took for you to notice a difference?

I have been having FANTASTIC results (2lbs wk 1 and 4lbs wk2) and i start my 3rd wk 2moro (thurs)...I read somewhere tho that it can take between 14-25 days for the drug to get into the system completly.  The anxiety however means its working at least its starting to.  Keep going it will kick in and you will generally just feel full...you wont be constantly thinking of food....Good luck and let me know how it goes.
