I have been 115 lbs for ages now and i goto the gym 2 a week and burn 900 cals in a hour and after 3 months my weight has not really improved just a little more mussles lol. I am a vanman on the road so its hard to get good healty food as i mostly stop in garages for food and its basically crap like sandwiches and that. (it cost me like £60 a week as i have a personal trainer to)
However i went to my gp and they gave me this and I have to go back ever month for a checkup.
I started this 3 days ago and I have allready had the side effects and also the good effects.
Today in the UK i went out and I love pizza hut and we went past it and i said i dont want it. and i just started to have a baked potato with chilli beef and that and the wierd thing is on friday i eat because i HAD to as im a diebetic and not cos i wanted to if that makes any sence.
The thing that i find is that if i cook a dinner with 70 chips i will eat 70 chips and since taking this I dont want loads. I think i also had some side effects like i crap 2 times aday and i also think about if i was to kill myself what it would be like for the people I left behind. logically that would be a bad thing however i know that if i was to do that I would miss my kids and wife etc so thats not gonna happen lol. I think that maybe because I had some agruement with my family about my brother being a thief but Im fine now.
This morning my wife said do you fancy a fryed breakfast as my diet offically does not start till that monday lol but i didnt want it. I felt sick thinking about it, and its not like me to not want a nice cooked english breakfast with 6 slices of toast.
I had 3 slices of toast with vegamite!!
I will keep ya updated. Its good to keep a record of it.

Phil, was intersted in your experience. I am a journalist at BBC radio and Im working on a documentary about obesity drugs and was trying to talk to patients currently taking them. Would like to talk more about your experience.
