hi Ladies,
I ahve been reading though the forum and am blown away by the support. Becuase of all your support and information sharing i was wondering if you could tell me the best place to put your patch. Where do you put yours sort of thing.

Hi Melody,
they say specifically that the patch should be put on to dry, clean skin on the lower abdomen (on the tummy, below the waist). The same place must not be used again until at least 7 days later. So i don;t think there is a lot of choice where it goes. I alternate beween my right and left side below my belly button.
