Hi ladies, just a bit of fun here, What do you do for date night with your partner? Do you have datenight? Me and my hubby try to have date night every thursday. We go for dinner at our favourite place and catch up and chat about stuff other than the kiddies. What do you do? TT x

Tina, that sounds like fun. Me and my hubby get a babysitter in for Saturday night, when we aren't too tired, we try to do it every other week. Sometimes we really just want to fall in front of the tv and watch x factor... but it is so good to go out and connect and not talk about the kids for once. So important to talk i think. It is so easy for time to fly by and you lose each other alomost. Can be hard to try and rekindle that spark when you are exhausted... but thanks to INTRINSA, it's easier! Saffy x

I just saw this discussion, can't believe I missed it! Anyway, I agree with both of you about making time for each other. My partner and i always try to have a glass of wine when the kids go to sleep. Even though we are both exhausted sometime we make that effort. When you jump out of your daily routine and make yourself do something different you totally get a new kick to your days I think. I love the unexpected to so the rarew occasions my man comes home with a new surprise, I love love love it. I also try and cook something different every sunday. If you guys have any suggestions let me know!~ x

I just came across this discussion and thought i would add something. Me and my partner always try and have a new experience, whether it is in the gym, going to the theatre, going for a walk, getting friends round for dinner. WE try not to get stuck in a funk! If we do we get all depressed and slumpy with each other and when we try something new, we get a new buzz. It can be something really simple and all of a sudden it changes our outlook! Hope this helps! x

Great suggestions ladies. I am interested to try and cook something different for me and my hubby but will also try and think of new things for us to do. We sometime just stick to our routine and our comforts but would live to draw on new experience. Keep conversations interesting at least! not the same old chat! tina x
