I would like to introduce Intrinsa to my husband in hopes that he will perhaps get a hold of some Viagra. We are 'older' than most but would like to capture some of the chemistry we had. I am wondering on how I should bring this up with him. Thanks for understanding ladies. Patty

You may find that he wants to bring up the conversation of medicated love making too..both me and my hubby use medicines and its not because we dont love each other any more but more because we do love each other so much that we still want to enjoy the pleasures that we used to have and as with all parts of our body nowadays - we just need a little kick start. Being honest is the best way..Hope that helps Kx

hello I must say, I found this post interesting. I recently started my Intrinsa patch as i have been with a wonderful gentleman for a while now and as things progressed, i had no desire for any of that side of things anymore. Ive been throught the menopause and had a hysterectomy, so lets just say - the desire had totally gone from my body. I did alot of research using this sight and others, i found the people in these different rooms so very helpful that i bought my intrinsa. I have yet to feel any difference but have been informed it can take up to 3 months. Id just like to say, talk to your husband - I spoke at length with my partner and he was so very supportive and understanding - it has brought us closer together as a couple which is lovely. Good luck to you and your husband judith
