I wish I had a reason to! Having just gone through a divorce its certainly
been a while. I'm trying to lose a bit of weight, before I have the
confidence to put myself back out there. I'm not bad looking, just a little
to cuddly! I need to be at my prime if I'm going to get back on the dating
game. But maybe I'll try Intrinsa when the time comes - I think I could do
with a boost!

Whittle,

don't worry, things will get better for you.  If you want to lose weight a lot of women on here use Reductil, it supresses your appetite.  A friend of mine lost a kilo 5 days.

Anyway come and talk to us whenever you want, we are always here to listen!

Hi Rosie,
I'm on Reductil actually! I started last sunday, so its almost been a week.
I was nervous at first, but its going well. I'm eating sensibly and not
hankering too much. I can't pretend I don't think about food all the time
though! I'm not going to weigh myself until Sunday - but I 'feel' a little
lighter already. I hope its not in my head!

Hello Ladies,
I am new too Inrtinsa. I am just trying to get an idea of what would be best suited for me, a mature lady, gone through the menopause and a hysterectomy and just need a little lift.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thankyou

hello
I just wondered if any of you ladies had suffered from itchy, sore skin where the patch is?
Ive been on Intrinsa now for about a week and everytime I put a patch on, I get really itchy skin after an hour and then it gets really sore - almost like its swelling up, so I move the patch around my tummy but the same thing happens.
Any ideas?
