Hi Im new to this and presently just trying to find out if there is any help for my problem. I have a neurological problem not yet diagnosed (MS has been mentioned) which has left me with the inability to reach orgasm during sex. I have managed this on my own,if you know what I mean, but it can take approx an hour, sore on arm and not as much fun . In my search for an answer, I have noticed on some sites for MS that the females have used Viagra. So my question is would Intrinsa help me and is it safe for women to use Viagra? I used to have a very healthy sex drive, managing mulitple orgasms in a day, craving them. I now dont have much of a sexual drive, but when I do am frustrated as it comes to nothing and my partner feels frustrated that he cant help me...sorry if this is very long but I am a very frustrated female. Hope someone can help.

Hi Irish Girl. I would discuss using Intrinsa with your doctot first in view of the neurological problem not yet diagnosed. The brain has testosterone receptors so I would say, though I am not a doctor, that you need to ask a professional before boosting your hormone levels in view of the possible MS. If your doctor is unsympathetic say you want to be referred to the hospital for hyposexual disorder - which non-existent sex drive in women. I am not saying that I know about about the effects on sex drive with neurological problems but it would be safer to see your Doc I think. Good luck and all the best for your health.
