I have been taking Intrinsa for a good gew months now.  I have yet to get the side effects, such as facial hair.

Have any other women on here had side effects?

I would be interested to hear back.

hello Saffy
Have you tried having a look on other posts on this site? There are plenty with information on side effects.
I too want to try Intrinsa but want to get all the information first before taking the leap.
So i dont know personally if there are any side effects but the other posts do help.
Hope you find out the information you need.

Hey Saffy,

long time no speak.  How are you doing with the Intrinsa? As far as side effects go, I have only had a little facial hair.... but i don't know if that is becuase of the menopause. Either way it hasn't been too bad becuase I get electrolysis anyway.

I am very happy though.  Hope you are well and look forward to hearing from you.

hello
Tina - does electrolosis hurt? and how does it work? Ive tried bleaching and waxing(which may I add was very painful) - especially on the face.
I have noticed ive got rather hairy arms, ive only started taking Intrinsa over the weekend - so I know its not that, they started getting hairier when I went through the menopause but now im worried they may get worse on this pill?
Is it mostly facial hair to be worried about or more all over?

hello
I just wanted to ask whether any of you had experienced an itchyness and soreness from where you apply the patch?
ive been putting it on my tummy but keep getting very itchy and sore, so i move it around alot during the day but still the same thing happens.
Anybody else getting this?

hello
Is anybody else getting itchy, sore skin from the patches?
Ive got awful pain on my tummy from wherever I place the patch, I keep having to move it around but the same thing happens.
Just want to know if its worth going to the doctor about it? or is it perhaps a side effect? Nothing on the leaflet says it causes itchy skin.
