 Hi everyone i have just started taking reductil, just wondering if the tablets start working straight away  as only had a little to eat yesterday.
And also do not mean to be stupid or anything but why do some people call them reds.

 Reds is just short for Reductil

Some people say the kick in immediately, while others
take a while to get them into their system - everyone
varies.

Remember to eat small regular meals, and drink plenty
of water

 Mine worked more or less straight away, so much so went off food altogether 1st few days. Bit like when your 1st pregnant!!!!

Now,3 weeks on, still not eating as much as before but eating alot healthier!!!!
