Hey Disco! I got some too! Reductil really helps to reduce my appetite and in doing that, my stomach shrinks and it is amazing how much better I feel! Issy x

Great to hear Isabella. I have not been working out heavily but know I have lost weight. Once I get the side effects under control, I will exercise more. Are you exercising while using reds? Disco x

I've heard that you're definitely supposed to exercise with using Reductil. Aren't you? There's no reason not to is there? I would have thought anything helps..

Well imagine doing a big work out and your body isn't being fueled by what you have eaten because you haven't eaten anything.... that isn't healthy. Anyway I said I was going to start exercising which i have for the past few days and each day I do a bit more. I just feel you need to work up to things to stay safe. Disco

A good healthy diet is essential for internal health, remember that your body is designed to make use of certain foods, and if you don’t give it the foods that it needs to function properly it will start to have problems.Eat fresh and healthy food.

What are those certain foods that we're designed for?

hey peeps just been reading through this post and thought id add my little bit in! the body needs fuel to work, think of it like a car...if you dont put any petrol in, its not going to work properly. The body requires carbohydrates(fuel) to make things work, like our brain, our heart, our lungs and other internal organs...it also makes the muscles work...the body converts carbohydrates into sugar which is then used to fuel the muscles to work... The muscles require Protein to rebuild themselves... So a good varied diet of plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and proteins are ESSENTIAL...and dont forget the healthy fats too!!! Fi
