I've heard it has more caffeine than coffee but has huge 'benefits' - what are they?. You can get caffeine free green tea too though.  You have to be careful though, if you brew it too long it will taste awful! I like jasmine green tea with a hint of lemon.. it is refreshing and i think it has slimming qualities but not major. I like peppermint - or even better fresh mint - tea after a meal. It aids digestion, and I do find it really helps. Plus its caffeine free if you want something hot at night. He also loves fresh mint tea, we pick it form our garden and boom, instant refreshing yumminess.
