So there's a discussion going on about coffee - which I can't drink because it drives me totally up the wall - but what about green tea. I've heard it has more caffeine than coffee but has huge 'benefits' - what are they?. But my God it tastes gross. Is it really that good for you?

Well green tea is full of anti oxidents. You can get caffeine free green tea too though. You have to be careful though, if you brew it too long it will taste awful! I like jasmine green tea with a hint of lemon.. it is refreshing and i think it has slimming qualities but not major. I like dandelion and nettle tea tastes gross but is good for you if you are retaining water. saff x

I'd love to give you some male solidarity mate - but I'm a guy and I do drink herbal tea... I like peppermint - or even better fresh mint - tea after a meal. It aids digestion, and I do find it really helps. Plus its caffeine free if you want something hot at night. Give it a try : ) see ya, Scotty

I am having a mug of green tea right now and I find it better tasting than I thought it would be. I like the idea of making mint tea from leaves in the garden, I'll have to go and buy the plant pot. Good idea!
