Green tea contains polyphenols which are thought to improve health, particularly catechins, the most abundant of which is epigallocatechin gallate. It is a more potent antioxidant than black tea.

Sounds interesting, but it still doesn't make it taste very nice! I've yet to find a brand that I find drinkable.

hey peeps There is a really nice brand called Dragon teas, they do a green tea with jasmin leaf, its quite sweet smelling but its taste is alot milder than other green teas. Or you could try white tea, which is alot nicer - still full of antioxidants but not as strong tasting. Fi
