Im with Scotty; I dont think I would personally try it, but i have a client who tried it for stopping smoking and it worked for 3 months but then as soon as summer came, all they wanted to do was smoke again! So i guess its different strokes for different folks!! Fi

Thanks Scotty, it's ok I wasn't having a go and yes I must have clicked on an advert, der ! silly me, I now think the man I clicked on was from a couple of years ago so I will look at Susan Hepburn and let you know what happens. I'm not afraid of doing it online but I'll make sure my husband is in ! by the way I got rid of Steve Jones !! The power of the mind is fascinating isn't it ? Cheers, Jay

There was a lady who is a presenter on loose women and I read an interview with her a while ago. She did hypnotherapy to stop her gorging on chocolate. She literally couyldn't stop herself and was so embarrased. She did hypnotherapy and she now has it under control. I was impressed. That is why I would give it a go. Rosie x

I had two friend who went to see a paul mckenna show and one was called on stage and 'put under'. he was made to do some really stupid stuff, and when my friend who was watching tells the story its hilarious. It completely worked.

I'll get Susan Hepburn's cd and let you know how it goes. It's all about your mental state anyway. It probably has a placebo effect..you think 'well, I've been hypnotised so now I'm not hungry, isnt that amazing' when actually you are just telling yourself that! But its definitely worth a try I think. WA
