I saw this in You magazine...it's Dark Chocolate Dairy Free Choc Mousse - I wish I could put the pic on here...! 340g silken tofu 5 tbsp cocoa powder and for dusting 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 150ml maple syrup 1/8 tsp cinnamon Blend it all together in a food processor until creamy and smooth. Spoon into ramekins and chill for 1 hour or over night. Dust with cocoa powder before serving. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm having a few friends over for dinner next week and this might work as a guilt free pudding. It sounds as if I can eat it with xenical....

No I'm sorry Elvisfan, I just looked and there's no calorie content mentioned. The syrup would have a few I suppose. I don't know how calorie laden tofu is... That hot Belgian choc pud sounds amazing!

That sounds good - seems like it ticks all the boxes for a virtuous dessert! I think of tofu in my miso soup - I can't imagine what it must be like in my chocolate mousse - but I'll give it a whirl!
