Thanks for your message, I have been ultra busy, decided to go back to university in my mature state and learn some new things, it's part time around my job but my goodness you forget how to use your brain sometime. Am still motivated and climing those hills one at a time. How are you, how is the diet/fitness/life regime?? Keeping those new years resolutions?? Disco x
