in my opinion - it is expensive and not as effective as reductil. It also gave me headaches. Disco xx

yep, it's very pricey, have see it in the high street vitamin shop.. I have not heard of it working. Issy x

glad you are not getting any side effects, i just prefer reductil as I want to see results quicker and hoodia just didnt give me the results!! Hope it continues to work for you, Disco x

Same here, I bought lots of over the counter stuff - green tea diet, hoodia, apple cider tablets... Nothing has worked like reductil. Issy x

The Hoodia does sound good - but maybe its more for those who dont have that much to lose? Do you need to lose a lot lucklu? I think I need something strong, so Reductil is the best for me. I should be open to new things though. I'm just so frightened of putting this weight back on. But if I can't get proper reductil I'll just have to try something else.

whittle i know you used to be on xenical, have you thought about going back on that once your reds are finished? I am thinking i may try xenical when my reds finish as i still have a few stone to lose. Issy x
