Every single night was a disturbed night so I eventually moved into the spare room! Just before we were going on holiday in June I went to Boots to see what I could try for him as the thought of spending 2 weeks in the same room and not being able to go anywhere else to sleep was killing me! I saw a product called "snor-ring"(I think thats what it was called anyway) and its basically a solid silver ring that he has to wear on his little finger at night and it has an acupressure point on it. Not sure exactly how acupressure works but what I do know is that since June 1st we have only spent 2 nights apart! I was very scepticle about it at first but its fantastic!!! He still snores very lightly but its not loud and he doesnt wake the dead anymore either. Hope this helps Karen
