I have been getting these small pimples/bumps on the back of my arms and I don't know why. It is making me really embarrassed and too shy to wear any tanks tops at the gym etc so always work out with long sleeves. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? Issy

I found this for you: If you have pimples on the back of the arms, the first thing you should try is scrubbing with a loofah, either before or during your shower, followed by liberal moisturizing. Since the pimples are usually brought on by a build-up of dead skin, simply exfoliating and then treating the skin is all that’s needed. If your pimples are especially bad, you might want to try a stronger moisturizer. Amlactin 12% moisturizing cream is recommended by dermatologists for just this problem. Some pharmacists might dispense it without a prescription, but if you need to get a prescription, your doctor should be able to provide it without an appointment. This heavy-duty moisturizer is ideal for severely dry skin. Users report that it goes on like liquid silk and makes your skin feel heavenly. It can take two weeks to see serious improvement, but steady treatment and patience will get your arms back in sleeveless shape. Hope this helps! DS

Wow discostick thanks for that - I have been lookng for a cure for these bumps on the back of my arms for ages but they just dont go - no matter what people recommended (usually loofahing and scrubbing). I guess ill try the cream nad see what happens, Im hoping you got it from a good source as I dont want to end up with more bumps! haha Kx

Hey This is odd that we all suffer from this? I wonder why we get it? I always thought it was because of the soap... Have you bought it from boots yet? just want to know if I need to get a prescription... Rosie x x

It is way more common, my partner suffers from it too, he is always squeezing them and marking himself. I bought him some cream and he was fine. x
