About 'yer bits' maybe this will help.  Amongst other things I run an escort agency and this subject crops up regularly.  The reason you have this problem is that shaving or waxing takes the hairs back very short, and as they start to re-grow they curl and grow beneath your skin rather than through it.  For the existing sores you will need to dig with a needle to hook the hair out so that it grows normally.  Not pleasant or comfortable I'm afraid but the sores will then heal.  An antiseptic cream will help.  For the future buy yourself one of the rechargeable fine clippers that hairdressers use round the back of the neck and ears (on men that is!) Some chemists sell them but if you have a hairdressers suppliers in your area you will find more choice.  About £40 will buy a good one.  Using this doesn't cut the hairs quite so short but they will grow properly.  This will certainly reduce and quite possibly eliminate the problem.  You dont give your origin but coloured ladies are more prone to this problem than white ladies. Hope this helps.
