I have this growing cyst pretruding from my clit which is embrassing. It is shaped like small brain and it is very uncomfortable , particularly when im on my period . I have been to see the specialist , who has given me an appointment to have an operation in December..
This is frustrating because i cannot have sex because im ashamed that women i meet will be repulse about it , because it looks so abnormal ... Any advice?

I'VE HAD CYST'S IN THE PAST & WHEN I'VE HAD UNCOMFORTABLE ONE'S THE DOC'S USUALLY POPPED THEM , MIND MINE HAVE BEEN SMALLER THAN THE ONE YOU'RE DESCRIBING.
SOMETIMES THE ONE'S I'VE HAD HAVE POPPED THEMSELVES WHEN I'VE BEEN ASLEEP FOR EXAMPLE OR IF I'VE ACCIDENTLY SCRATCHED IT & IT'S POPPED !!
YOUR'S DOES SOUND PAINFUL SO I'M SURPRISED YOUR SPECIALIST DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THERE & THEN !!
HOPE YOU FEEL OK SOON , DEC SEEM'S A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR AN OP !! HAVE YOU GOT CREAM/ANTI-BIOTIC'S FOR THE PAIN ??
Thanks for the response.. I am more concern that my sex life has to be put on hold until dec b/c of this awful looking cyst with all those red vains showing
The specialist says i will have to go under general anastethics , in which they freeze it
I havent been given any creams or antibotics either
