I have just been prescribed meds that have been known to lower the immune system. I have bought some tamiflu but want to know if anyone knows of something else that i can take to help keep my immune system boosted? thanks for your help.

Hi Rose, Sorry to hear that you have to take this medicine that lowers your immune system. I would say, keep stocked up on echinacea, zinc, vitamin C? Hope this helps! Mon

Hey sweetie, sometimes you can buy sachets that give you a real vitamin boost. I think you can get them in the pharmacy. xx

I thought liquid oxygen was water? Is there something in the liquid oxygen that will help you. Sounds interesting! Keep us posted! Tina

how odd, I have been looking into oxygen replacement as a supplement, it keeps your body alkaline and is really great in getting rid of bacteria in your body. It is also a great detoxifyer. Rosie, if you are on an immunosuppresant then you should try anything that will keep you healthy. xx
