I don;t know about you but is there a gastro bug going round.  sunday I couldnt stop vomitting. sorry i know it is gross.  I can;t fathom whether it was food poisoning or a gastro bug I have been hearing about.

Anyone got any news?

A good friend of mine got it about 3 weeks ago. He eats like a horse, but felt sick for almost 2 days and couldnt eat anything at all. And he hates being sick so much, he wouldn't allow himself to be sick. I felt really sorry for him! But it passed after two days. This is defintely a gastro bug time of year. My freinds pick them up in ski resorts and then bring them home! Horrible. But at least it doesn't last long.

hey peeps
I had an awful tummy bug back in November, had sickness and the other end for 2 days, couldnt even keep water down. Dr ordered a stool sample(sorry thats disgusting I know!) and it turned out all they said was there was some gastrobug going round and it may or may not have been that!
Then about a month later, I got the same thing again but it only last 24 hours and I got flu like symptoms with it.
Hope your better now Isabella??
Just make sure to stay clear of any dairy produce whilst feeling sick and drink plenty of water to flush the system out.

Much better now guys!

I just couldn't believe how floored I was.  I was weak for about 2 days but got back onto gym yest so building up again!

hey peeps
Good that you are better Issy...take care in the gym and ease yourself back in gradually. Dont forget your immune system will still be fighting off the infection and will need to recupirate. So easy exercises and not too hardcore! Plenty of veggies, fish and water!
