What do you do to keep your immune system up?

I always like to hear what people do to stay bug free..

I ALWAYS wash my hands when I get home, especially having been on the
bus or the tube. I just try to eat lots of vitamin rich foods and at the
merest hint of a sniffle I always have hot water with lemon or fresh
squeezed orange juice. What do you do?

I caught a bug last week that last 24 hours. It made me feel very
nauseous, like there was a knot in my stomach. It's horrible to think that I
picked it up somewhere!

i take echinacea at the slightest sign of fatigue, but i take berocca sometimes which is an efervesant tablet that is fillet of vits and minerals. Make your pee go yellowy/green though so don't freak out!

first of all, i always have my tamiflu anytime i go abroad just in case.  Though it has quietened down in the press, it will come back and will be fierce.

Besides that, wash hands, eat high vit veg and fruit, and avoid snotty people!!!

people still sneeze and cough without covering their mouths. ur supposed
to sneeze into the crook of ur arm, not ur hand. otherwise you put ur
hand on the railings and then next person picks it up. so thats what i do.
or i try to hold the sneeze in, i dont know if thats bad for u??
the reason the flu wasnt so bad was becasue we were taking tamiflu! i felt
better just knowing that i had it, and if the flu comes back i know i dont
need to panic with everyone else.

By not using testers - have a look at my makeup counter post! I'm not
ever going to do any type of tester agin.

why dont people wash their hands after the loo??? that's the best way for
everyone to keep bugs at bay!

That makes me think of machines in gyms.
Not that I go to gyms anymore, but when I did it used to gross me out
thinking about the sweat and bacteria on all the equipment. Not many
people wash them down with disinfectant after using them. I wonder if
there are more signs in gyms now telling people to do that?
