i need a reminder of the first symptoms of swine flu. I have been getting a lot of sore throats lately and I am getting worried.
Will i have to get my tamiflu out?

I'm totally with you on that! I'm so paranoid about swine flu, I hate
people coughing and sneezing around me...
The symptoms - that are etched on my heart and brain - are:
A really high temperature - over 38 degrees plus two or more of the
following:
unusual tiredness,
headache
runny nose,
sore throat,
shortness of breath or cough,
loss of appetite,
aching muscles,
diarrhoea or vomiting
I still have my tamiflu - just in case!
