Is TAMIFLU able to be used in conjucntion with an acid reflux drug that I personally use called RANATADINE? ('Zantac'.)

i think you can use them together but why dont you just ask your doctor - better to be safe.

umm..kind of obvious then...DONT go on a public forum and ask those kind of questions expecting a medical reply!!... whoever prescribes you the medication would tell you anyway.
