Anyone out there suffer badly from hayfever any tips would be appreciated

hi, i have hayfever in the summer but this year i have had it already.My eyes has been so itchy and sore so went to the docs and she said she has never had so many people go to see her in january before but this time there has been loads go.She gave me some eye drops which is making them a bit better but still quite sore.xxxx

I will swear by your own local honey, not the stuff in supermarkets which is filtered to within an inch of it's life the stuff sold on farmers markets etc. If you take a teaspoonful of this every day you will build up a resistance to the hayfever. 1 honey contains the pollen you're allergic to 2 the tiny amounts allow your body to build up resistance 3 This is not just a short term thing the resistance can take up to 9 months to aquire 4 the honey can be put on hot or cold food 5 and finally ...... and this one always makes people unbelivers ....... Have you ever seen a Bee sneeze?!!! I used to have hayfever but no real symptoms ever come on now.

I know someone who thinks that they are the bee's knee's my granddaughter with her new shoes on.
