cliff richard sang that really big tune that i think goes 'christmas time, mistletoe and wine, children singing blah blah blah...' great song but guys if we are NOT to put several stone on during christmas then i suggest that you dont listen to cliff richards tune about the wine.... booze is full of calories that dont really do you any favours... A good way not to increase your weight this christmas is by reducing your alcohol intake

....and of course if you must indulge in the alcohol stay away from the mistletoe or you may end up in a heap more trouble!!

I Completely agree with the alcoholo and calories - they are what are known as 'empty calories' which dont fill you up put just put on weight...thing is though its so diccifult during christmas which is after all the festive season

for sure... i just bought redcutil with the aim of losing weight (obviously) but i will take the tabs during the festive season to try and restrict the desire for food all the time. my problem is more habitual than anything else.

The Reductil will surely help you fight the urge! There are plenty of ways to lose weight - have you any other plans to loose weight? I.E> any fitness plans?

In addition to Reductil,Acomplia - no links please will probably be available in 2006. Studies are showing that if you take it for a year, you lose an average of 20 pounds. It basically takes away the munchies, so while you may still have the physical habits of wanting snacks, if you feel no desire at all for them, you'll eventually change your habits. Unfortunately, you need to keep taking Acomplia forever, or else the munchies come back and unless you now have the willpower to resist snacks, you'll start munching again and gain the weight back!
