Ive got mine tonight and am panicking a little about how much to drink - cos i generally lurve my drinks and not so sure about the calorie contents involved but basically - what should we drink (dont say nothing cos that wont work ) help me pls..

If you are worry about the calorie count in you drinks, mojitos are a great option. You can always mix mojitos with splenda or sweetlow and they still tasting delicious. My wife makes mojitos all the time. here is the recipe for low carb mojitos Ingredients 2 ounces Light Rum 1 ounce Lime Juice 1 teaspoon Splenda 2 sprigs Mint leaves 4 ounces Soda Water Preparation Place Splenda, a large pinch (2-3 leaves) of mint in a pint glass. Use muddler to lightly press mint and dissolve Splenda until it smells of spearmint gum. Add a splash of soda water Squeeze both halves of lime into the glass, leaving one hull in the mixture. Add rum, stir, and fill with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig. One (8 ounce) drink contains an estimated: Cals: 152, FatCals: 0, TotFat: 0g SatFat: 0g, PolyFat: 0g, MonoFat: 0g Chol: 0mg, Na: 26mg, K: 72mg TotCarbs: 3g, Fiber: 1g, Sugars: 0g NetCarbs: 2g, Protein: 0g enjoy it in moderation.
