This is a touchy subject but I want to discuss it to maybe help and indeed, get help/advice in return. I am 56, been menopausal for 4 years. My husband and I are stills exually active and it really hurts. As we get older (women) our vaginal wall becomes thin and dry. My doctor prescribed this cream to apply but it isn't agreeing with me. My nutritionist said I should break an evening primrose capsule and use that. I don't know if I will get a response here. But I just want to hear if any other ladies have another way of dealing with this. I am still fit and young at heart and want to be able to enjoy my life with my husband in all aspects so would like to get on the way to sorting this! Thanks a bunch, Patty

Hi Patty, I have to comend you on bringing your issue to light, I know it couldn't have been easy. I have been menopausal for 3 years and am begining to notice a change down there. I found some organic products online called 'yes' maybe look them up and see what you think. It is very interesting to hear that you were told to use evening primrose oil. I stopped taking it as i didnt think i needed it anymore as my periods have stopped. Thanks for your help and hope 'yes' helps you in some way. Alexis

I didn't think someone would write back! Thank you Alexis, I appreciiate your input, it wasn't easy to post something here and it was hard for me to find other forums that had something like this in it. Anyway, I looked up the products you suggested and it is great. I am very pleased. Have ordered what i needed. Thanks so much! Patty
