The result was badly mangled penis and testicles and a split symphasis (distasis). Everything was massively swollen and bruised beyond recognition. The urologist said that the abnormal lumps which later appeared on each testicle were cysts and nothing to worry about. After 18 months I still have erectile dysfunction and the area is often sore. Anyone had similar? How long have I got?
