Could someone tell me is it harmful to your health to take two probiotic multivitamin tablets per day instead of one,has height or weight got anything to do with it.

what are probiotic multivitamin? I alaways sceptical of vitamin but my brother he uses st john wort. ahy chances of using them for hair loss you know>

Absolutely safe!! In fact, one before each meal is ideal.

i dunno about these vitamins, they strike me as a lot of myth. Why should people that never take vitamins always be healthy? You can get enough vitamins and nutrients from normal eating patterns.

i agree with that. Vitamins should be taken by those that have a deficiency - i.e. a sailor out at sea! Not someone who has access to fresh fruit and veg from Tesco!!
