I would like to hear peoples thoughts on what type of diet i ought to be having or indeed if there is any specific food/vitamin that would decrease the chances of contracting prostate cancer?

i think just a healthy diet. stop smoking drink less and eat whole grains vegetables etc - in short the best answer to give you is to look after yourself!

not too sure. i know that some types of hair loss medication were priginally designed to tackle cancer of the prostate - maybe an understanding of what is in those medications might decrease the chances of prostate cancer. do you have a heridatary (spelling) problem with cancer - is that why you are worried?

I have heard that Lycopene found in tomatoes and tomato sauce is good for protecting from cancer particularly the prostate in men but u would have to eat a lot at least 6 toms a day and thats sounds ridiculous to me but then I hate them lol.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

Lycopene is very healthy; i have heard it a million times in different contexts - if it is good for the prostate that means that it is also good for preventing hair loss right?
