I see that these forums seem pretty well answered - id like to hear from any women with experiences and opinions on breast surgery, especially information on silicone implants versus saline implants.
I also known about breast augmentation but am worried about the time it takes for post op to recover...
Has anyone had it done?

I have implants but because of breast cancer. They are fine. NO LINKS PLS - ADMIN

i like my girlfriends boobs. If you only like a woman cause she has double D's then thats your issue. Narrow minded springs to mind
