Hi thanks for reading this.
My wife and I have decided that we can now afford to have a kid and are keen to go ahead and pro-create.
Any top tips to give us? We are both moderate drinkers and used to smoke so needless to say - we have omitted those habits from ourselves -

try to eat a balance rich in zinc and potassium.
Google the request you placed in this forum and undubtedly you will find a whole bevy og ansers and advice which you asked for

No pressure.
Don't see sex as a means to an end. It's not easy to get pregnant when you are trying. So don't put any pressure on each other. Work out the cycle and enjoy.
Oh, and your partner should take folic acid supplements. Cannae remember why.

OUR SON IS 5 NOW SO THE YEARS GO REALLY QUICK, IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO FOR IT TREASURE EVERY MINUTE, WE BOUGHT A CAMCORDER WHEN CONNOR WAS A BABY & IT'S AMAZING TO SEE HIM AS YOU SOON FORGET WHAT THEY WERE LIKE AS BABIES!!
